The first option is for emergencies or any time it's important to reach me right away. The phone system will route your call directly to my cell phone so we can discuss your situation. If you simply want to leave a message, option 2 takes you to voice mail for that purpose. Messages regarding appointments or follow up are best left here. The third option provides information on our business hours and location.
